My sister Jeanette Simec phoned today and advised me that Joe had passed away. I remember my last visit with Joe at a family get-together several years ago. At that time Joe handed me one of his dollar rings which I still have. Unfortunately, due to my work schedule I cannot attend the wake. My sincere condolences to his family.
