Not sure what to say?

Condolences to the Hotung family. I never had the pleasure of meeting Joe but heard amazing things and stories. Sounds like he had quite a life and impact on others! God Bless.

Mansfield College Oxford is eternally grateful for Sir Joseph´s support and the beautiful lecture theatre we share with the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights and which we use to share ideas in ways of which we hope he would have been proud. Thank you. Helen Mountfield (Principal, Mansfield College, University of Oxford

Uncle Joe, So much more to say... but for now, thank you for your unconditional love. I, we, are so heartbroken and crushed, no words for the void. That said, I believe that a recent encounter was due to you...being a patron of the arts, we encountered someone with the same appreciation. I'll tell you the details privately, but I think you already know. For those who did not know Uncle Joe on a more personal level, sharing some photos. Love you so much, and miss you even more. But, I know now...

When my father passed--it was Uncle Joe who gave me the support and advice that was needed. May the love of friends and family carry all of you through this grief.

It was with great sadness that I learned of Sir Joseph's passing. we first met in 2007 when the HKAGE was founded as a result of his generosity and I was asked to be the founding Executive Director. Sir Joseph was supportive, modest, a good listener and a genuine person. My condolences to his family.

Dear cousins and extended family- I am so sorry for all of your losses and hoping that you can be together soon to mourn your father and your to remember all of the happy times that you had with him.

Our heartfelt condolences to the family on your big loss. May his soul Rest In Peace.

He was a man modest in manner but formidable in accomplishment. An elegant man and a valued friend. Diane Love
