My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Our sympathy to Joe's family. We will remember how he love thoes haddock sandwiches at Dockside Restaurant.

A good man, so very dedicated to what ever he did. He always had the best interest of the Town of Alton in his hands. A friend to many. Joe will be remembered and missed.

Joe was my first boss some 33 years ago. We grew to be friends and spent many day on the ski slopes at Gunstock. I will long remember "The Red Baron". My sympathy to his entire family.

I remember well the 27 years that I spent as President of Profile Bank, in competition with Joe while he was serving at Rochester Banks. Those were great days and I am certain that he will be sorely missed by Winona and his family. You have our deepest sympathy.
