Not sure what to say?

We will miss you uncle Joe, our conversations and your stories will live on in my memories forever.

Joe "THE CAT", they broke the mold. You were truly one of a kind. Firm but fair, with a huge heart. Rest in Peace.

Rest in Peace Coach.

Cat, you will be sorely missed by everyone you have touched. You were a great mentor to me when I began teaching in '68'. I learned a lot from you and you will always be in my prayers. I know the Angels will be better blockers now. One of Joe's favorite sayings to me when he was coaching the Bulldogs was "give me the beer drinkers and someone else else can have the soda drinkers..RIP Cat

One of the most demanding coaches I ever worked my tail off for! Thankyou for helping me to become the player I was, the coach I try to be, and the man I am today.

RIP. A great teacher. A great coach. A great Green Raider. A great Bulldog. A great man. We'll all miss you.

R.I.P. Cat. We hope there are plenty of root beer barrels in heaven for you. You will truly be missed.
