Joseph J. “Joe” Hull, 74, of Plainfield Township, passed away peacefully Saturday, February 24, 2018 at St. Luke’s University Hospital, Fountain Hill. Joe and his wife, Veronica R. (Panik) Hull, celebrated 50 years of marriage on August 26th.  Born April 12, 1943 in Fulda, Germany, he was the son of the late Brunislaw and Maria Hul.

Joe received a Bachelor’s Degree in economics from Colorado State College. He worked at Ingersol-Rand in Phillipsburg, NJ in sales for several years and had similar roles with other organizations throughout his career. Joe then retired from Victaulic in Forks Township. He was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church, Pen Argyl.

Joe was very proactive with concerns within the township and he would attend school board and Plainfield Township monthly meetings on a regular basis. He was an Election Constable in Plainfield Township. Outside of enjoying time with his loving family, you could find Joe hunting or fishing. He will be missed by his family and many friends.

Survivors: his beloved wife, Veronica; children, Annmarie, wife of Randy Still, Joseph M. Hull and partner, Michelle Right and Todd C. Hull and wife, Paula (Smereczynsky); 3 grandchildren, Madelyn, Angela and Tyler. Joe was predeceased by his sister, Victoria Ordinsky.

Services: Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 1st at 10:00 a.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton. Family and friends may call Wednesday 6 – 8:00 p.m. and Thursday 9 – 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Hungary Cemetery, Northampton, PA. Online condolences may be submitted above.
