Not sure what to say?

Aw, Joe, thank you for sharing your rock-n-roll heart.

I often am reminded of the fond thoughts of my times with Joe... From when I first met him while in the band maybe pete as he was doing sound at The Saint in Asbury Park. Whenever we played there, I always hoped he would be manning the board and looked forward to getting there as early as I could just to hang out and talk with him. Always engaging, Joe´s gift for conversing with an innately dry wit would enhance what we agreed on with additional perspective (and a deft quality to debate...

We learned to play music together, along with Anthony Rauseo back in the '70's, and we went on to play clubs in Boston and beyond. Those are memories that will stay with me for the rest of my days. Now you're with Cunningham and Anthony. Rock the heavens, brother.

Remembering the fun as kids on JP. Condolences to family.

Joe...you were a really great guy. I'll always be honored to have known you as a good friend from Jeffries Point growing up together in the bad old days. I remember the last time I met you was just after graduating Harvard & you told me you were going to pursue archeology professionally but that your heart was set on promoting Indie rock & whole new forms of musical expression. Then came Ft. Apache & you became famous. In the end the measure of a person is how & how much one gives back to...

Joe was a good kid growing up in the Point, the world is going to miss him.

Peace be with you all...remembering a very very young boy from Jeffries Point...in that place called HEAVEN now...gone too soon. Like your brother.

Joe Harvard was so much more than he ever lead us to believe he was, and we didn't have to know any of the amazing things he did (as I, for one, must say I knew little of the total breth of his vast accomplishments)... All we had to know was what a joy he was to be around to know that this was truly a inique man and thoughtful and knowledgeable human being. Someone you look forward to seeing... ALWAYS.

I feel the most grateful that Joe Harvard chose Asbury Park as a place to go...

Im going to miss you Joe, but will never miss the memories! Show the guys upstairs how you do it! Thank you for your vision!
