I am so very sorry for your loss, words can not truly convey. I never actually met Jay, we worked for the same company but at different locations. We conversed via phone and e-mail. Whenever I wanted something done, Jay is the one I would contact. He was very diligent and conscientious. I counted on him to get things accomplished.
