Joe and his son built a garage for my dad on 22nd street, in 1987 I think it was. I was impressed with him and remember him fondly. Grant unto him eternal rest Oh Lord, and may Perpetual shine upon him. May the angels welcome him to paradise... Condolences to all his family.
