Not sure what to say?

Belated condolences and THANKS... to the family that produced Bruce! I met Bruce and cousin "Win" Kahler when we all attended Olivet College in the early 60's. Both Bruce and Win must come from the best of families. In those days, as a black man, seldom did I ever feel so completely accepted without bias as when in the company of Bruce and Win.

Farewell, old friend!
Buzz Luttrell ('67)

Hi Sue

We just heard the news about Bruce! He will truly be missed by all VW Nuts! We enjoyed seeing you and Bruce at the many VW car shows and cruise in's throughout the years. I'll bet Bruce is in Heaven selling some of his prints and driving a VW of some kind! Hope to see you at some of the events in the future.

Much Love

I have worked with Christian for many years and after reading this obituary that was obviously written with love.I can see the link between he and his dad. His dad was a great man I am sure and he raised an incredible son...What a legacy....Your memories, time at the ocean and your smile will help to get you through this extremely tough time. Hugs to the family,Diane

I'll never forget zipping around the country roads in PA in your old Ford hotrod with the Mercury Flathead engine on 3 carbs. Bruce would have done well trapping beaver in the old West since he was trapping mink and muskrats in PA in the 1950's. Those were wonderful times, not to be forgotten.

Bruce has touched the lives of so many in his short time on earth just imagine what he'll be able to do in heaven. He will be missed but remembered always.

Love to his family,

We are lucky enough to have had Bruce (and Susan) as our neigbors. Such a wonderful person!! He will be missed by all.

Susan, Christian, Heather and Family:
Ed & I would like to extend our deepest sympathy for your loss. Bruce was a wonderful person who will be truly missed by all. The Vee-Dub Club will never be the same!

The wife and I only met Bruce a couple of times. We only recently become VW Club members. Bruce was a 'Book of Knowledge' when it came to BUGS. He told me we had a keeper as it looked to be all original and that the color was Savannah Beige.

Bruce, you will be missed, and for all that will miss him, remember, he is now in a better place.
