Read MoreI am sorry to learn of Joe's passing. My deepest sympathies to his family. I worked with Joe at the Armes Forces Food and Container institute in the early 60,s. I remember him as a charming and brilliant person with a kind heart and well developed sense of humor.. He will be missed.
