Not sure what to say?

Kurt, Tammy and Grandchildren, Your Father Joe and Mother Stella will always be sadly missed. Sincerely, Jack Crowell and Family

My sympathies to the Kastelic family on the passing of Joe. My father Joseph Zidar (Toronto) was one of your Grandmother's brothers. Your dad often stopped by to visit my parents in Toronto on his way up to Kirkland Lake to visit his mother. My mother also wishes to pass on her sympathies to the Kastelic family.

Condolences and prayers extended to Stella Kastelic and family, from a neighborhood friend during our younger years in Kirkland Lake.

My sincere sympathy, Kurt and Stella

Condolences to the Kastelic family. It was a great pleasure to have met a great hockey legend

I watched Joe play for Fort Wayne when I was a kid. Goal scorer deluxe. I ran into him at a Komets games 10 or so years ago, had him sign a puck and he was nothing but gracious, warm and friendly. It's so nice to know a childhood idol is a wonderful person, too.

To Stella and Family,

On behalf of my mom (Sharon), sister (Leanna), aunt (Maureen Bennetts), and our families, I'd like to extend our sincere condolensces to your entire family. Joe was a dear friend of my father (Tony) and uncle (Bev Bennetts). I personally got to know Joe well throughout my childhood spending time in KL. He was always a great supporter when I played hockey for the Legion 87's. He will be sadly missed.

Stella ~ I am sorry to hear about Joe.... You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Glen, I always enjoyed chatting with your grandfather at the Shores games and I know he was very proud of you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
