WAYNESVILLE — Joseph "Joe" Anthony Keegan, 69, of Waynesville died Nov. 14, 2020. A private memorial mass will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church in Yellow Springs. Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home, Waynesville, is serving the family
