Joe was indeed a wonderful gentleman. It was an honor to serve together in HHC, 28th Aviation Brigade. I remember Joe showing up at Drill one weekend and telling me he had just been hit by a train. He was truly an amazing, talented and kind person and a great citizen soldier! My very best to his family in his homegoing.
