Not sure what to say?

Hope you´re having fun in heaven with your wife and my Aunt Jodi!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DADDY! It is just not the same without you. We all miss you terribly and expect you to keep an eye on us from UP THERE.
You certainly impacted a lot of lives, so you are always in our conversations. Everybody else misses you too. Hope you liked the JP Parade. With Love.

The Miley family has been blessed to know JP,his family, and the many families connected to him by marriage and friendships. We have many fond memories of JP, both in Wildwood and in Ephrata, and will cherish them forever. We were privileged to be a part of JP's life. We love all you guys. May God bless all of you.

Blessings & Light to all of you. JP has been added to my Sunday candle burn for all those who have crossed. May the memories of his wonderful life shine in you all.

I just found out about this guest book today and am brought to tears by everyone's sentiments. Pop-Pop was a one-of-a-kind person. There will never be another quite like him. I remember as if it were yesterday Amy and I taking turns holding up his pants while he cooked sauce, soup, or whatever else he had on the menu that night. The day PopPop died I found this poem and have kept it by my side.

God looked around his Garden and found an empty place.
He then looked down upon His Earth and saw your loving face.
He put His arms around you and lifted you to rest.
His Garden must be beautiful; he always takes the BEST.
He saw your path was difficult, he closed your tired eyes,
He whispered to you "Peace be Thine" and gave you wings to fly.
You've left us precious...

Kathy, Mike, Maureen & Patrick please accept our condolences at the passing of your Dad. We especially enjoyed meeting and spending time with him and he was my kind of guy: a sailor and a cop!

Semper Fi JP!

Mrs. Killen, Kathleen, Maureen, Michael (the LOVE of my LIVE) and Patrick. I am truly sorry for the loss of your husband and father. I want to THANK YOU all for the last 28 years that you have shared your father's heart with me(Annie). Pop has left a wife, four BEAUTIFUL children, nine WONDERFUL grandchildren, one LOVELY great granddaughter, two son-in-laws & one daughter-in-law who will surely miss him. In our faith we will all be Soldiers with Christ, and know that Pop is at peace with our...

To the Killen family-we know it gave J.P. great comfort and peace to have you all loving and caring for him in his time of need. That takes great strength. Our thoughts and prayers will continue to be with all of you.
J.P., buddy, we miss you dearly. You loved the simple life you lived at the shore--watching the birds and the fishermen, hanging out the sheets, and sharing your life stories. What a great circle of love you created around you--may it continue to grow stronger everyday...
