I was Joe's neighbor many yaers ago on Idaho St. I was so saddened to hear of his passing. Iremember the first day I met him when we moved (back) into the old neighborhood He was so welcoming and friendly. My heart goes out to his two beautiful daughters and family. May you be at peace brother.
