I had a number of jobs before I went to work for Joe, but I consider him to be my first real "boss". Joe taught me how to stop being a boy and start being a man. Joe taught me what real work was all about. He got mad at me a lot through my transition out of boyhood but he never knew how much I admired him and wanted to be like him.
