I was saddened to hear of Joe's passing. Joe hired me as a teenager loading trucks and delivering Cott soda. I also played for his softball team. Joe was always a good friend to me, my condolences to his family.

My condolences to the Knapp family.i first met Joe back in the early 1970`s when i was working at Trifty Super in Ware. i used to enjoy long conversations with Joe and learned some of the ins and outs of the soda business from him. He was the only person who ever called me "Davey boy"and his friendliness and our chats will never be forgotten.I`m betting he`ll be serving up cold bottles of ginger ale to the good souls in heaven.
