We only had one uncle, our Uncle Joe. He always had a smile, a gleam in his eye and a story to tell. I loved seeing him together with our dad - a competition of two great talkers. They probably are picking up right where they left off.

I was fortunate to attend my Uncle Joe' s ninetieth birthday this last summer. One lesson he exhibited is that you are never too old to have fun. Joe was in top form just a few months ago at his party in Mt. Hood. His indefatigable spirit and sense of humor helped make for a lively weekend. Many will miss him here on earth, but I know there is a crowd to welcome him into heaven. Pease be with the Joe Knight family.
