I'm deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Joe Koff. His warm personality and genuine care for others made him truly special. Joe was co-worker of mine for many, many years; an incredibly sweet man and good friend. Though we did not share the same belief in the Messiah, we did share a deep common love for the GOD of the COVENANT and for the State of Israel.
