I remember Joe well from our high school days...along with his early 1950s cream colored International pickup. We had some good times doing things we probably should not have done. Burnt up a lot of gas going up and down main street in Stapleton, which was probably the least of what we should not have been doing. I was fortunate to be a young kid in Stapleton and spent many a day at the skelly station bothering Rich and Kenny for that dime bottle of pop. I was real young then and don't remember Joe real well, but I know the kind of people the Kramers were, all of them... I'm sure Rich and Kenny are mourning the loss of their brother as alot of friends and relatives are. Just know that your friends and some neighbors from way back are praying for you to have PEACE and Understanding at this time of loss.
