I would meet him ocassionally when I was home on leave and he was in from Alaska,and it was always fun to talk to him. He will be in my prayers.

We are so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He was a kind man with a huge heart!
Like clockwork, Joe would come everyday, no matter the weather to visit with us. After lending a helping hand (which he so enjoyed doing) we'd have coffee and he'd share stories of his life. He was a good man and will be missed dearly.
