Years may pass, but Joe's friendship will never be forgotten. He is sorely missed. Gerry

To Joe's family -- I am so shocked and saddened to learn of Joe's passing. He was a friend as well as a colleague and mentor who touched many lives. He will be very much missed.

Joe Kuna's front yard is full of his work. The camellia is laden with blossoms. He is not sitting on the front porch; the windows of his house are closed. The flowers continue to bloom.

I was very sorry to hear of Dr Kuna's passing. He made my days at DHS bearable.

Paul and Irene. I am sorry to hear about Joe's passing. I still remember the days growing up with Paul and your family.. Paul, hang in there bud. You will always be a friend of mine.. God bless you all. Heaven has gained another angel. Hope to see you soon... our thoughts and prayers are with you..

To the Kuna Family, I am very sad to hear that he has passed he was a wonderful person and mentor who encouraged to continue with my education and complete it.

He was wonderful to everyone he met and you could always take him at his word. The City of Philadelphia - DHS has lost an awesome personality.

To Joe's family. His passing is a terrible loss. He was a good and kind man. I will miss his wise words and friendship.
