My Joe´s memories live on forever....... A classmate.

Prayers to the family, Joe attended Eufaula High School, Eufaula, Al. Our Class of 1968 were so happy that Joe attended our Class Reunion. We were so happy to see him again. Joe will be remembered , our Prayers go out to his family.

My condolences to the Kyle family. Had not heard of Joes passing. Was honored to work with Joe on fisheries issues from HQ and later in Juneau. He was the consumate professional. RIP Joe.

Our class of CGA72 mourns the loss of Joe. He helped the class in many ways including reconciling our class funds. I never served with Joe though I read of his many accompishments. I came to know Joe better over the last two years and seeing him at our 50th Reunion in October 2022. Joe was my Company Office and professional mentor during my entire Cadet experience at the CG Academy. He established high standards, while setting personal examples of professional conduct and demeanor. I salute you, Sir.
