Our Deepest Condolences to the Entire Lacey Family. Your Dad was always a Pleasant Gentleman and fun to talk with. He loved to laugh and had a great sense of Humor. I know the Lacey family was a very cohesive family that focused on family. He was an Icon in High Bridge as the Police Chief with the expansion of the Dept. May he Rest in Eternal Peace.

Chief Joseph M.Lacey served and protected my town for 30 years. Chief Lacey was an outstanding example of what a police officer should be. Thank you for your service chief Lacey and thank you for your words of wisdom to a young rookie just starting his career in law enforcement.
