My deepest sympathy to Joe's family. Please know that my heart aches along with yours. I am so sorry for your terrible loss. Joey (which is the only way I can think of him) was my very first boyfriend. I think we were about 10 at the time. I have many memories from St Agnes grade school in Butler and some from our high school years.
