Our sincere sympathy to all of Joe's family. Joe and I spent good times together at Slippery Rock, and enjoying many conversations over coffee when we returned to North East. He will always be remembered as a great writer and news editor. He will surely be missed.

Dear Rosalie and Babe; Fran and Jim; Greg and Lisa ,
We were vey sorry to hear about Joe's passing. Please accept our sincere sympathy. We didn't see Joe this past summer, but we heard he was having problems. We did get his address and wrote him a long letter. So glad we did. In the letter we reminisced about all the good times we had together. He was a life long friend. Our best wishes to each of you.
