I just found out about Joes passing. I am shocked and saddened. Only last summer i met with him even though i had not seen him in years he was kind extremely helpful to me.Joe got me my Mortage on my First House.I had a long and positive business and personal relationship with Joe ,Joe jr and the whole latini family. When I first started in Real Estate over 30 years ago, Joe did one of my very first deals for me, he will be sorely missed. My sincerest condolences.

All of you are in my thoughts and prayers. I have many fond memories of the times I spent with joe and his family. I am sorry he was taken so young.

Joe was an integral part and central figure among a bunch of friends, teammates and classmates who have known each other for over 50 years. This means from elementary school to high school to adult life. To lose a friend of this stature and longevity is a gripping and very tangible loss. He will be sorely missed.
