He quickly made friends with the other instructors and was quite popular with all of his students. I also thought of him as a good friend. I’m very sad hearing this news, first met Joe at HAI in Concord CA , afterwards I took over from Joe as flight instructor at Langwell helicopters in Stow. My sincerest condolences to Joe's family, RIP Joe.

My deepest sympathy to the Laugelle family Joe was a wonderful person and will be missed by many. MY thoughts and prayers are with you all.
