My deepest sympathy to all who knew and loved Joe. I knew Joe from my years at WA State DOC. He truly impressed me as a fine agency director who cared about those who worked at DOC. He was supportive of providing fine educational opportunities, improving processes in the organization, and reaching out to staff during the tough times. May you rest in eternal peace Mr. Lehman!
