Not sure what to say?

He was a wonderful Ham Radio friend. K4DMU. We sure miss him. Denny Schnurr, K4GOU and Betty, Macon, Ga.

I sure will miss my old Ham friend. Our prayers will be with Joe and the Family.

I knew Joe through our participation in the American Lung Bike Trek to Shakertown. We shared a room during the trek, and always discussed technical aspects of electronic communications far into the night. Joe knew and could teach the deep concepts. I will miss his friendship.

Jesus tells us what death is like at John 11:13.

Joe was a great friend, classmate at St Thomas. Whenever we met at reunions we always had a great conversation. I will miss him. Tony Anderson, Peoria IL

My wife and I extend our deepest sympathy and prayers to Joe's family. Joe's smiling face and friendly demeanor will be missed on future treks.

I knew Joe through the Amateur Radio Transmitting Society of Louisville. I posted this on their Facebook page: "One of the most decent people I have ever met....even if he was a ham.
He had a marvelous voice with a rich timbre to it. He could have been a great radio announcer or personality back in the glory days of 50,000 watt WHAS. He forgot more about electronics and radio than most of us will ever learn.
He will be greatly and truly missed.
It's a sad day for Amateur Radio."...

Joe was a good friend to all. My condolences to the family.

You will be missed, may peace be with you.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
