IM SO SORRY TO HERE ABOUT JOE.MY PRAYERS GO OUT TO YOU AND YOUR FAMLIES, .I WORKED WITH JOE AT THE PUBLIC WORKS FOR MANY YEARS WE HAD A LOT OF LAUGHS,HE WILL BE MISSED.

Mr. Leon,
Sir, I didn't know you, but I would just like to say thank you for your service and sacrifice for our Country when you served with the U.S. Army in Vietnam. And to your family and loved ones, I wish to extend my deepest sympathy.
