My name is Jason, I work as the RD at Wingate of Springfield. I first got to know Joe about six months back when he had a brief stay with us. We bonded over our common Jewish heritage, talking about everything from his Kosher diet, to my upcoming marriage (which occurred last November).

When he returned just a few weeks back, I saw him again, and first words out of his mouth were,

"The last time I saw this guy, he was about to get married!"

I showed him my wedding ring as...

Deb,David...so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. What a wonderful gentle soul, I loved talking with him. His family meant everything to him and he truly new what was important in life.

Joe was a nice, nice man and great kid's sports enthusiast! Loved watching Josh play soccor with us! He will be missed deeply.
