Joseph Lawrence LoCicero

I took telecommunications courses from Dr. LoCicero at IIT. Little that I would know at that time that Dr. LoCicero would help shape my career and life. Apart from his great courses with beautiful formulae and illustrations of telecommunications concepts, he helped me draft an application letter to graduate school. I was accepted and am great full to GOD for utilizing Dr. LoCicero for influencing my career and life. So many fond memories of Dr. LoCicero´s outstanding teaching, professionalism...

I will always have fond memories of Joe. I recently added his obituary to those who served the IEEE Communications Society.
