Not sure what to say?

I am Joe Eddie's first cousin. I remember when he was born. I used to help his mother bathe him. I babysat him many times. My last visit with him was at a family gathering in July 1998. He was a pleasant child and a very warm adult. Like his dad, he was always ready to assist any family member that needed him. My sympathy to his wife and children and may God comfort them in this time of their loss.

Dr. Joseph E. Logsdon Jr. M.D.
Eulogy by Tony McAdam, March 18, 2005

I first met Joe 43 years ago at Bellarmine College. Our mutual friend, Tom Hogan, introduced us. Joe and Tom drove to school together each day. Later, Tom introduced me to Joe’s little sister, Peggy, to whom I’ve been married, lo these 35 years. I don’t think Joe ever forgave Tom for that.
Joe and I agreed with one another on any number of things, but never could quite come to terms over...

I am Joe's first cousin but hardly knew him. The last time I saw him was in Oct 2002 at a luncheon. We sat together and talked. He seemed to be a very kind and warm gentleman. My sympathy goes to his wife and children and may God comfort them in this time of their loss.

I am so sorry for your loss. I did not see this notice until today after a friend notified me of Dr. Logsdon's death. I remember many years of working with him at Norton Hospital in Labor and Delivery. He was a gentleman and excellent physician. He gave good care to his many patients over the years. I am sorry we have lost such a good man who has contributed so much during his life. My sympathy to your family.

Dear Jann, Jessica and Michael,
I am terribly sorry for your loss. Joe was a fine man, good physician and spirited human being. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
