Not sure what to say?

I first met Joe in the later part of 1985 while stationed at Fort McCoy, WI. We quickly became friends as army instructors while assigned to the Army Reserve Readiness Training Center. In addition, following our respective retirements from the army we worked together at the US Army National Guard Headquarters in Arlington, VA.

Hi Lojek family, I am so sorry for your loss. Joe was truly one of the good guys in this crazy world. He was my best friend during our misery years at St. Anne grade school, dealing with the insane nuns. He was the funny guy that helped get me thru these tough years. Many fun times with chemistry...

Hi Vickie, I just heard about Joe, I am so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my prayers. I am living in CA now, I moved here to be closer to my son and his family. I sent you a message on Facebook and hope to hear back. Stay strong, Hugs, Joan xo

Dear Vickie, saddened to learn of Joe's passing. Seems like yesterday we served together at Ft McCoy. Joe and Mike were so darn funny together, always lifted everyone's spirit in the long hours of standing up a new program. He was a fine officer and a gentleman. Until you meet again...hugs Vickie.

Vickie, Anne and Miranda, so sorry for your loss. Just heard the news today. I guess I need to stay in touch better. Vickie, I hope you find comfort from your wonderful daughters, their husbands and grand children.

There is no pain on earth that can't be healed in Heaven.
