Not sure what to say?

How I miss Joseph, the best hairdresser I ever had. He was a true artist. That said, he also welcomed everyone with open arms, generously shared a host of stories and quips to entertain anyone in his chair, and invited many friends into his home where he knew Harriet could feed them and enjoy them too. What an open-hearted guy! He made the world a better place.

Neighbors for many years on Lomond Blvd. Your amazing dad was a great guy! May his memory be for blessing always.....

I am so glad to know a bit of your dad’s history how amazing to keep such a light despite all the darkness he witnessed. I did not know your parents well, but I did see them at their salon and around town - your mom’s bubbly enthusiasm and smile, your dad who somehow reminded me of Mel Brooks. We live on the opposite side of Lomond, down one block .. knew the Cronigs, the Nolan’s I think we kept your dog in our fenced in yard when one of you were getting married.
My sympathies for...

Rest in peace sir. Your life was very inspirational.

He was one of a kind. How many people do you suppose he knew? I think they all loved gabbing with him, listening to his stories, and getting a fine haircut. He was an artist with scissors and suited each haircut to the person. I miss him whenever my haircut isn't quite up to his standards.
Harriet was his sidekick. Practical, she kept the business so they could make a living for the family. When they were together, it all worked.
I hope he was able to enjoy his last days.

Thank you for your brave service to our country !
