Not sure what to say?

I have many fond memories of my Uncle Joe, from his ability to cook all kinds of fish, especially Seafood to the his magic card games he'd play to entertain us when we were children.

My earliest memory of Uncle Joe was his visits to our home during the holidays. He'd entertain us kids by hiding a coin in the palm of his hand and then, would ask us to chose the hand with the coin. If we chose correctly, we kept the coin. If not, he'd make it easier the next time, until we owned all...

My father Erasme, my mother Josephine and I were all very sad learning about uncle Joe's death. We didn't live close to him but we have good memories of the times we spent together. I remember him as a peaceful man who liked telling jokes, cooking (fish specialties) and most of all who enjoyed spending time with his family. Nous t'aimons et tu nous manques.

Uncle Joe was a great uncle even though I lived thousand miles away from him...he would always make me laugh with his jokes, he was always smiling. Most of what I know of him was narrated to me by my dad and uncles, from his driving "skills" to his fishing (and seafood cooking) abilities. I loved his dearly. Au revoir tonton Joe, tu nous manques.
