When I was 10 years old... We moved to a new neighborhood being built in Antioch called Gentrytown. WE lived on Seville Circle and were the first street built. The first Sommer brought lots of heat and BIG JOE!!! EVERYONE LOVED BIG JOE! What a great guy! Back then you could get an ice cream bar for a dime! I bought lots of ice cream from this nice and kind man.

It was so cool to be a cousin of Big Joe! Growing up to the sound of the ice cream truck rolling into the neighborhood, and seeing Joe's smile.

Yes he even delivered to Antioch on Belle Dr. We'd yell, "Joe!" Instead of, "stop" like they do now.
