I send love on behalf of the Palmer family. I heard your name many times growing up and helping out in the office at Wall Auto Wreckers. Rest in peace Mr. Lurch. From one junk yard family to another. Michelle Palmer Surgent Brennan

My heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with the Lurch family and friends. So sad when I received the phone call Saturday night of Joey's passing. Joey and his family have always held a special place in my heart and will continue to do so forever. Like so many have written, I will always remember that cute little smile and the smirk that often followed. I am so shocked to hear of Joe's passing. We knew each other for 27 or 28 years. I knew him through good times and bad times. He was always a pleasure to be with. It is difficult to grasp his passing. I hope that his soul is in peace. I am thankful to have known him.

A larger than life person, Only met him a few times but was always impressed with his friendly personality and a smile that made you feel welcome to be in his presence! So sorry for your family's loss.

Our deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers to Joe's family and friends. The news of his passing hit us like a dagger through the heart.

Alex, Niki, Joey....you were just getting started in your lives when we were most active with your dad and I can still see the sparkle in his eyes when he watched each of you.

Heather, Ryan, Greg.....as the teenagers you were, at that time, you may not have known it but your dad always sang praises and spoke very proudly about each of you to...

I was shocked to hear about Joey's passing. My condolences to the entire family. As I type this, I can see his smile and hear his laugh! Rest well, Joey, I am sure you are making the angels smile up there, how could they not?!
