Jean, Joey, Jeff, Jarrod, Julie and families,
My deepest sympathies. It has been many years since we were all together. Those times are some of my the fondest memories. Although life's forces have taken us apart, please remember your kindnest and grace has given you an loving extended family. Oh, the stories we could tell - batting ( well actually bunting) practice in the living room - to Joey getting "lit up" at USF in the JC Allstar game - to Steely Dan Pretzel Logic on the way to WWF wrestling with Nilo Menendez. Those will never fade.
Hope to see you soon.

My deepest sympathy to you all. I was very saddened to hear of Joe's sudden death-- you are in my thoughts. Since the news I have been thinking about all the many fun and happy times our families had together. One memory of Joe I have was when I was in 6th grade and missed my bus to school. Joe happened to call the house that morning but both of my parents were already at work. Before I knew it he was at the house and drove me the 30 min to school. That is how I will remember Joe. My love to you all, Mariruth

Dear Jean and kids, I have shared so many times with you and your family- probably the most unique being Jean and my shaved heads. I told her she didn't have to copy me! I knew Joe thru Jeans eyes and sweathearts they were. I heard many stories of the early years of football days and station wagons and I know he will be missed very much. I too, like Jean -never sleep, so any of you can call me whenever, for whatever- 2am at Denny's with nachos and salads is a favorite. Even though this is a sad time, I am happy to be a part of your circle of friends that can comfort. All our prayers and hugs, Sally and girls, Breawna, Kacey and Amanda

My thoughts and prayers go out to the Lynch family. I cannot put into words how much I will miss speaking to Joe and playing golf every chance we could. I cannot count how many times he looked me in the eyes after one of my errant golf shots and said, "Not good." I always looked forward to seeing his number show up on my phone, as I knew two things would happen. I would learn something and I would laugh about our conversation the rest of the day. Joe is simply one of the best men I ever had the pleasure of knowing, I will miss him greatly and never forget him.

Joe was my mentor. He started me off in my Finance career just out of college back in 1979. Joe taught me the knowledge, skills and what it took to be successfull in my professional life. We remained friends all these years as our career paths changed. He was the best golfer I ever played with. I will miss him dearly. My prayers go out to his family

Jean, Julie, Joey, Jeffrey and Jarrod my prayers are with you guys. Joe was a super guy in so many ways. We had so much fun together at Northside Little League including many road trips including the LL World Series. I remember at a party at my house, Joe was hitting golf balls in my front yard onto the Grahams front yard and never missed. Unfortunately time goes by and distances are created. Now we are in Boise, Idaho but you are all in my heart of hearts. God Bless to all of you. Dick Pietrucci

Dearest Jean, Joey, Jarrod and Julie,
Thank you so much for calling me this morning Jean and sharing your loss.
My heart goes out to you and your entire family. I know how difficult and heartbreaking this is for all of you.
I remember when you and I were young Mothers playing in your driveway with all our kids. It seems like yesterday.
I also remember well going to Adventure Island with Joe and what a ham he was...
And how he loved you and his children...
So much has changed over the years.
If there is anything I can do to help you please know that I am here. You have been a dear friend to me for so many years and I cherish our friendship...
Joe will always be with you and your family just as I know J.B. and Brandon are always with me...
I love you Jean,

Jean, Joe was a great Little League Coach for our son. He taught him hard work and no excuses meant having a lot of fun. I credit Joe’s teaching to part of what Andy has achieved today as a Gunnery Sergeant in the Marine Corps. After all these years I can still hear his laugh. Mary, Bob, Bobby, Andy and Johnny Ayo
