John & Nick...sorry for passing of Joe. I enjoyed playing football at Cathedral with all of you. May he rest in peace.

Billy and MaryAnn, Judy and Nick our deepest sympathy on the passing of your brother Joe. Sincerely, Judy and Noel.

I have many wonderful, happy, and friendly memories of working with Joe at Springfield Public Schools, especially wen we were all together at the Old Chestnut Jr High. Joe was always up beat and had a good word about everyone, even on a cloudy day. He certainly was a man to be admired. My condolences to his family and friends.

To all the Lyon's family, My deepest condolences. I spent many early mornings with Joe at Healthtrax. We had a regular early morning group of which Joe was definitely a part of. Joe was known for, being able to converse and debate any subject. His ability to lift large amounts of weights was legendary. He was a true gentleman, his wit and humor will be missed. sincerly, Robert D. Tuthill

Joe was my mentor when I earned my doctorate in Psychology at the University of Arizona back in the 1970s when he taught there. He was a brilliant, vibrant, endearing, engaging "character". I will miss him. My best to his family and friends.

So sorry to hear of Joe's passing. It brought back a lot of good memories of days gone bye. Rest in peace Patch.

My condolences to Joe's family. I knew Joe from his regular visits to Healthtrax. He was a true gentleman, always upbeat and engaging. We had many discussions about the Red Sox as well as world events.

John, family and friends, sending my condolences. RIP
