Joseph M. MacDougall

My sincere condolences to Joe's entire family. I met Joe thru my work(driving for PVTA) and he quickly became very special to me. We had many wonderful conversations and I considered him to be my very special friend. I only recently learned of his passing and I didn't know if I should write to you or not because none of you know me. But I did know Joe and I loved him very much. He was a kind, gentle man and I will miss him more than I can say. I took a few pictures of him at the library...
