Not sure what to say?

Joe was a very good friend to my family and me for 36 years. We kidded with Joe, did crazy things with Joe, and now we miss Joe. He was good at bowling and growing flowers and he loved his exoctic birds. Good bye Old Pal rest peacefully.

Joe was a person with integrity. He loved the work he did and he loved and cared about the people in his life. I feel priviledged to have known Joe. Although he left us too soon, I am certain he is in a better place. Here's to you Joe, I'll see you again someday!

Joe became our fifth member of the Geckos bowling team and was a valued friend and teammate from the very first day he bowled. Joe was a very good bowler with a consistently high average, which helped to place our team in the top ten. Joe freely shared his love of plants with all his friends, and was always very generous with his time when a friend needed help. I have many beautiful plants to remember Joe by, which I will cherish always. I also have many great photos of Joe, which I will be...

We are very sad at the loss of our dear friend Joe. We remember the good times we had in our 30 year friendship. We are so thankful and happy he was able to surprise us with being at our wedding, it meant so much. We talked with him last about 4 weeks ago. We loved Joe and will miss our friend, we will hold him in our hearts always. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family, God's peace and comfort to you as it is with Joe.

Joe was my first friend when I moved into Duluth's Central Hillside. We were both in sixth grade. We've been friends since.
Joe was with me when I met the woman I married, Eileen. That was just before 12th grade.
Joe helped us celebrate the marriage of our good friends Brenda and Jon. That was last year.
Joe will always be with us.
We miss ya, Joe.

I am so very sad to hear of Joe's death. He was always a wonderful friend to me even though we didn't see each other for years at a time. Please know Joe will be missed and he will be in my prayers.
Sincerely,
