Joe was a friend and he will be missed. Lots of good conversations with Joe talking about building and regulations. It's so very hard to believe he is gone. Prayers in our mind and always in my heart.

When we first met Joe,& Sandy there was a instant connection.If there was anything that we needed immediate attention to fix in our home they did it with no hesitation at all.They were,& still are the greatest people you would ever want to meet.Sandy,our heartfelt sympathy goes out to you,& your children.May Mr. Mackey always Rest In Eternal Peace...

Met Joe and Sandy when they were young adults at Penn Hills resort. They were great friends and he will be missed. I know he had a real passion for flying.
