We regret that we are not able to attend the services for the Bishop. We were so lucky to have him in Springfield for so many years. We met him when he first arrived in Springfield, and he was a wonderful friend to us and our family.

Dear Bishop Joey, you were so loved be your extended Scannell Family. You were the most loved and honored person. A true priest until the end. You loved everyone unconditionally, and you were loved back in the same way. You were a true gentleman, priest, and Bishop. You loved God , your family, and sports. We hope you will play baseball forever in Heaven with all you loved ones. Down here we will miss you sorely. Rip Joey. Julie Scannell MacIsaac
