My most sincere condolences to the family. Joe was always there for his friends and will be missed. I remember when I was young, Joe and Jeff would hang around... they were best friends and they had quite a bit of fun together. Then, when I was older and bought my first house, Joe replaced the plumbing in the entire house.. while smiling the entire time. Tammy, I hope you find strength and comfort in all the great memories you have of Joe. Let me know if we can be of assistance.
