Dear Audrey, Joe, Maureen, Tommy, & Joey,

Mr. Manning (Joe) was a special kind of person who you rarely come across that cared about his family, his faith in God, his community, town, state, and all those he touched & helped in some way! It was not only an honor but a true pleasure knowing him over the years and meeting all of you. Dear Audrey, Joe Jr. & Family,

May Joe's unique and powerful voice for family, friends and all neighbors throughout Milton echo in your lives in the days to follow. His legacy will last forever.

Dear Audrey and Family,
We are traveling and just learned of Joe's passing. Joe was a classmate and it was a pleasure to serve and work closely with him as we had adjoining districts. His congeniality and work ethic made him a very effective legislator. I am proud to have called him friend. We will keep you in our prayers. RIP, Joe

Dear Audrey and family, I am so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. He was a gentleman in every sense of the word. My thoughts and prayers are sent your way. Where have the years gone? Love, Arlene (McKenzie) McNulty

Audrey,
I would like to send condolences from my dad, Bill Cashell, he is sorry he is not able to attend but wanted you to know he is thinking of you. Mary Cashell Abbott

Dear Manning Family: Joe was a kind hearted and good man; I was fortunate to have had a internship with him at the State House back in the late 80's. Great experience. May he rest in peace.
