So sorry to hear that Joe passed. Did not find out until today. Would have been special to share stories with his family. I went to high school with Joe and he and I were in the large group of graduates who joined the SM and went to Marcy, and then Mt Saint John under Brother Louis Weber. I´m very saddened to learn of Joe´s passing. Joe was always upbeat and a patient and caring mentor. I shall be forever grateful for his guidance during the days of real estate work and fondly recall his driving the Murphy staff to the Wednesday broker open house offerings. A really good guy.
