Dear Teresa, and Family of Joe's, Abby Seguin and his wife Doris, were very saddened to hear the news of the death to one of my devoted friends. He is in the hands of the Lord, and our prayers are with you. We got the news yesterday, as we were in Fl. at the time. Ethel, Please accept my deepest sympathies. I was so glad that i was able to see Joe this past smmer when i came back to RI for a visit.
I worked with Joe for about 12 years up until he retired. I can honestly say that i have not worked with a better person than Joe. He will be missed.
