Read MoreI was sad to learn of Joe's passing and I will miss him at events and programs that he was so involved in, such as Holiday at Home and Sister Cities. He was a great volunteer and his love for the City of Kettering was genuine. He was the best cheerleader for his wife, Pat, as she took on many leadership roles. Most of all I will miss the twinkle in his eyes.
